REFLECTIONS

The lineage of both AfroFuturism and AfroSurrealism is rooted deeply in honoring the past, acknowledging the present and propelling a future, a Black future. In both of these cultural aesthetics, family is one of the greatest examples we see of honoring our existences and birthing anew. It is through these celestial coordinates of the past, we can have an understanding of where we’re going.
